How it works

HealthNav runs a five-agent pipeline: Intake Agent captures symptoms, Triage Agent uses NVIDIA NIM for structured risk analysis, Facility Finder Agent locates nearby hospitals or clinics, History Agent stores the full session, and Escalation Agent responds to emergency cases.

  1. Collect symptoms from text or voice plus age, gender, and language.
  2. Call NVIDIA NIM with a strict JSON-only system prompt.
  3. Use geolocation and Overpass API to find nearby care options.
  4. Store each run in the in-memory session timeline.
  5. Escalate emergencies with 108 and WhatsApp actions.
